  • Booking: A deposit is required to confirm your booking; the remaining balance must be paid before your departure.

  • Cancellation: Cancellation charges apply based on notice period and booking type.

    Notify us promptly if you need to cancel. Fees may apply. Refunds may take up to 3 business days and may include processing fees.

  3. Changes to Travel Plans
    Contact us promptly for any changes. Subject to availability and additional costs.

  4. Travel Documents and Insurance
    Ensure you possess all required documents (e.g., Aadhar card, passport, visa, vouchers). Travel insurance is highly recommended.

    Trend Himalaya acts only as an intermediary. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.

Travel Insurance Policy

Price Match Policy

If you find a lower price for the same travel package within 24 hours of booking, we’ll match it or refund the difference. Criteria:

  • Must be identical in all components.

  • Must be public and verifiable.

  • Must match travel dates, currency, and class.

Not applicable to:

  • Private/group/member rates.

  • Opaque channels (e.g., Priceline).

  • Pricing errors.

  • Differences due to currency or fees.
