Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to our support team at SUPPORT@TRENDHIMALAYA.COM or trendhimalaya@gmail.com at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date. Cancellations made after this period are subject to the following fees;

– 7 days or more before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost.
– 7 to 3 days before the departure date: 40% of the total trip cost.
– Less than 3 days before the departure date: No refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy:
Why we do not pay full refund ??
Reason is, we need to pay tokan amount to our travel, accomodation and other service associates to confirm the bookings for you. Which is mostly 25-30% of the total booking amount.

If you cancel your booking within the specified cancellation period, you are entitled to a refund of the total trip cost minus the applicable cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request.

In the case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer a full refund without any cancellation fees. However, we reserve the right to assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for any refunds or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events

No refunds will be given for unused services, such as unused hotel rooms, meals, or transportation, unless the unused services were caused by our failure to provide the services as described in your travel itinerary

On priority we initiate refund within 3 days, please note that refunds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies. We recommend that you contact your bank or credit card issuer for more information on processing times.
