Khir-Ganga

Kheerganga, also spelled as KhirGanga, is a picturesque trekking destination situated in the Parvati Valley of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.

From Barsheni Village, As you ascend towards KhirGanga, the landscape transforms into a stunning panorama of lush green meadows, towering mountains, and cascading waterfalls. The trail is dotted with numerous cafes and tea stalls where trekkers can take a break, enjoy local delicacies, and interact with fellow travelers.

One of the highlights of KhirGanga is its natural hot springs. Legend has it that Lord Shiva meditated in these hot springs for thousands of years. Bathing in the hot water is believed to have therapeutic properties and is considered a spiritual experience. Visitors often take a dip in the hot springs to relax and rejuvenate after the trek.
